Earl Grey Sour 4.7%:

A spritzy, aromatic sour inspired by the gentle elegance of a classic blend of Earl Grey tea. This beer is infused with bergamots from La Sovrana, a family-run farm in Italy - hand-zested and juiced by the Orbit brew team. Fragrant citrus top notes give way to layers of familiar floral aromas, followed by a tart, lemony brightness. The interplay of bergamots floral perfume and citrus tartness creates a refreshing, light, and complex beer for spring. 

Yorkshire Rhubarb Sour 4.7%:

Brewed with forced rhubarb from B. Tomlinson & Son—a.k.a. ‘Rhubarb Robert’, one of the last ten producers in Yorkshire’s historic ‘Rhubarb Triangle’. This clean, lightly fruited sour captures the delicate flavours of this uniquely cultivated ingredient. Grown in darkness and harvested by candlelight, the rhubarb brings a light tartness and a blush pink hue that hints at the fruity undertones, while a sherbet-like finish keeps it refreshingly drinkable. 

Tzatziki Sour 4.3%

This award-winning Berliner Weisse-influenced kettle sour emulates the flavours of the classic Greek yoghurt dip and is brewed using fresh mint, organic cucumbers, and natural Greek yoghurt.

A clean, vibrant and zingy refresher. Straw yellow colour, hazy white foamy head, with aromas of cucumber, mint, and lemon & lime citrus with a light malt character. Creamy smooth mouthfeel, with a mildly tart lactic sourness. Light, dry finish with mellow bitterness and soft to medium carbonation.
