This light and aromatic summer sour offers aromas of lemon sherbet and crushed lime leaf. The first sip delivers a lively hit of tart citrus which is then balanced by a delicate herbal bitterness.

Lemon verbena adds a fragrant, floral complexity, and the kaffir lime leaf brings a subtle green spice and citrus depth. Light-bodied and refreshing, it's a vibrant, thirst-quenching beer that dances between herbal brightness and clean sourness—perfect for long, sunny afternoons.

This award-winning Berliner Weisse-influenced kettle sour emulates the flavours of the classic Greek yoghurt dip and is brewed using fresh mint, organic cucumbers, and natural Greek yoghurt.

A clean, vibrant and zingy refresher. Straw yellow colour, hazy white foamy head, with aromas of cucumber, mint, and lemon & lime citrus with a light malt character. Creamy smooth mouthfeel, with a mildly tart lactic sourness. Light, dry finish with mellow bitterness and soft to medium carbonation.
