Dill Pickle Gose 4.4% 

A bright, refreshing take on a traditional sour, this Dill Pickle Gose balances gentle acidity with a moreish salinity. Brewed with salt, fresh dill, and in-house pickled cucumbers, it’s crisp, aromatic, and distinctly drinkable with aromas of chardonnay and dill. 

On the palate, the beer develops a lightly brined character, reminiscent of artisanal pickles. This is complemented by green, garden-like freshness from the dill. Clean, dry, and gently tart, with a lingering savoury finish that invites another sip.

Blood Orange & Lemon Thyme Sour 4.4% 

This Blood Orange & Lemon Thyme Sour showcases a complexity of seasonal flavours. Pouring soft and hazy with a blush of orange, it opens with gentle citrus peel aromas with herbal top notes.

On the palate, it’s clean and soft with a balanced tartness upfront, followed by fresh, juicy blood oranges with undertones of cranberry. The lemon thyme weaves in delicately, adding a subtle herbal lift and a dry, almost floral finish.

Tzatziki Sour 4.3%

This award-winning Berliner Weisse-influenced kettle sour emulates the flavours of the classic Greek yoghurt dip and is brewed using fresh mint, organic cucumbers, and natural Greek yoghurt.

A clean, vibrant and zingy refresher. Straw yellow colour, hazy white foamy head, with aromas of cucumber, mint, and lemon & lime citrus with a light malt character. Creamy smooth mouthfeel, with a mildly tart lactic sourness. Light, dry finish with mellow bitterness and soft to medium carbonation.
