To help celebrate the launch of their new summer menu, we got together with Hakata Ramen restaurant to brew a tailor-made beer for their Japanese-inspired menu.

Bursting with vibrant hop character, it showcases Sorachi Ace, Citra, and Columbus. Sorachi Ace—a unique Japanese hop variety developed in the 1970s—brings bright notes of lemon verbena on the nose, followed by delicate hints of coconut and dill on the palate. Citra and Columbus add further layers of citrus, balanced by resinous pine and a full, rounded mouthfeel.
