Sarah's Elderflower Sour Cocktail

50ml citrus-based Gin
Juice of half a lemon
20ml Homemade vanilla sugar syrup
Half bottle Orbit Beers Elderflower Sour

1) To make sugar syrup, add equal parts sugar to water and add the vanilla pod, making sure to scrape the vanilla seeds out too.
Bring to boil, then turn off the heat and leave to steep and to cool.
2) Pour 50ml gin, juice of half a lemon and 20ml sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
3) Stir for at least 20 seconds or more and strain into a cocktail glass.
4) Top with half a chilled bottle of elderflower sour

Shake with ice 
Pour in tall glass and top with Elderflower Sour
