Barley Wine Tasting
We're launching our barrel-aged Barley Wine in mid-November, in time for Christmas celebrations. Join our Head Brewer Paul for a special tasting session at the taproom on Thursday 17th November. You can get a taster of our Barley Wine, the Barrel-aged Barley Wine and Cheese pairing to accompany them.
Orbit Beers’ latest Diggers Series release - Barrel-aged Barley Wine has been maturing in oak bourbon barrels, allowing complex flavours to round out and integrate since summer 2021. Ready for release in time for Winter 2022 alongside our original Barley Wine WLS060.
Expect a body of rich smooth caramel, intense malt flavours and a hint of nutty umami on the palate, before a delectable warming oak and vanilla finish.
Saturday 19th November - Orbit Taproom
Jolly Saint Nico Launch
Pours pale golden. Fragrant herbal hop aroma with lemon citrus and orange peel. Light on the palate, a touch of bready maltiness, assertive hop character and warming winter spices from seasonal clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, and allspice.
A Kölsch for Christmas, and Christmas only!
Wednesday 23rd November - Old Red Lion:
Orbit Beers Tap Takeover
An Orbit Tap Takeover is coming to one of our lovely local stockists, The Old Red Lion in Kennington. We'll have our seasonal specials, core range, and the limited edition Christmas Kölsch - Jolly Saint Nico to kick off the festive season.
From Monday 21st November - Orbit Taproom:
Book Your Table for the World Cup!
We'll be showing most of the World Cups Games at the taproom. That includes opening early, and opening on Mondays and Tuesdays for selected games. Find out more about when we're open - here.
The World Cup is a much-needed source of enjoyment for many of our customers, but aspects of the tournament this year don't represent our values as a company and a team. So for every pint of Nico Lager sold in the taproom during the matches, we'll be donating 10p to Stonewall to support their Rainbow Laces campaign - championing diversity in football. Because Football is, and should be for everyone.

Thursday 24th November - Orbit Taproom:
Momo x Orbit Hopped Kombucha Launch Night
It's time for the second release of our award-winning, limited edition Hops Kombucha in collaboration with MOMO Kombucha. Join Orbit and Momo for the launch at the taproom on 24th November for the one and only KEG of this kombucha!
We are incredibly excited to launch this one for the second year running, and it is perfect timing for anyone trying to ease off the booze ahead of the festive season, or those preparing the fridge for Dry January.
A non-alcoholic option that beer drinkers can get excited about.
This limited edition kombucha is equal parts complex and refreshing. Hallertau Blanc and Nelson Sauvin hops provide tropical fruit and gooseberry flavours, rounded out with a tart kombucha hit.
Hops have a complex flavour base, mapping citrus tones and herbal, earthy notes, which make them an absolutely astonishing match for fully fermented tart kombucha like Momo's.
We could think of no better partner than MOMO - we’ve admired their traditional method of brewing kombucha down the road in Nine Elms in London for many years.
20p from every bottle sold will be donated to Hospitality Action.
Wednesday 30th November - Latymers pub Hammersmith.
Orbit Beers Tap Takeover
We're heading to Latymers pub in Hammersmith on 30th November for a tap takeover further afield in West London! We'll have our seasonal specials, core range, and the limited edition Christmas Kölsch - Jolly Saint Nico on tap to kick off the festive season.
