Saturday 3rd - London Jazz Kitcha DJ Set for International Jazz Day
Orbit Beers Taproom
London Jazz Kitscha aka Goro is back at the taproom for a special Saturday evening Jazz set. April 30th is International Jazz Day but we're saving the celebrations for a Saturday evening for all who celebrate.
London Jazz Kitscha is inspired by the Japanese “Jazz Kissa”, an audiophile listening cafe. There used to be many places in Japan where you could listen to music and feel the atmosphere.
Therefore, following its name, he aims to play music that makes the audience feel comfortable and relaxed. However, this idea should not be described as chill-out music. He believes in the energetic power of jazz music.
Apart from his own event ‘London Jazz Kitscha’, Goro regularly appears as a guest DJ at Jazztrain_shoreditch and Grow Hackney jam sessions.
