Friday 8th May - Bring Your Own Vinyl

2nd Friday of every month, our resident DJ will be playing records all night long. Bring your vinyl along, say hello, and get on the decks and play 20 minutes of your favourite tracks for a free pint!

Saturday 9th - DJ Migz

Migz has been DJing since 1984, with a regular show on Black Culture Radio, and performing mostly on vinyl, he'll be spinning a combination of old school house (80s, 90s & noughties), New York, New Jersey, Chicago and Detroit styles, and early 90s drum & bass.
Thursday 14th May - Yuzu Pale Ale Launch

On Thursday 14th May, we're launching our spring collaboration beer with Hakata Ramen in Bermondsey. This year we've made a Yuzu Pale Ale with Yuzu peel and Simcoe hops.
A zesty pale ale with a delicate balance of hop character and vibrant citrus fruits. Simcoe hops bring notes of pine, soft resin and fresh grapefruit, while the yuzu peel adds a fragrant burst of aromatic citrus, layering mandarin, lime and lemon aromas. Light-bodied and spritzy on the palate, it finishes crisp, clean and effortlessly drinkable.
Bottles will be available to buy in the taproom and on the webshop from mid-may and we'll have a launch night on 14th May with a set from London Jazz Kitscha, sake pairings, and Dragon Flame specials.
If you have one of our locals cards you'll get a pint of the new beer on the house that evening.
Friday 15th May - Orbit and Friends DJs

A monthly night hosted by the Orbit team. They'll be on the decks with some pals every 3rd Friday of the month, playing a selection of their favourite genres whilst drinking the good beers that they make!
Saturday 16th May - Unemployable Welsh Scum DJ Set
Orbit Beers Taproom
Unemployable Welsh Scum are twin brother DJ duo Paul "Tidy" and Stewart "Stönk" Summers. The pair have DJ'd together for over two decades, playing vinyl in places as far-flung as Halifax, Nova Scotia, and Krankenhaus Festival in Cumbria. Expect everything from AC/DC to X Ray Spex, Punk rock Chestnuts and Indie Bangers, with some Ska, Reggae, and Motown all thrown into the mix.
Thursday 21st May - Spoken Word Night

The third Thursday of every month is Poetry Open Mic Night. Come along to share lyrics, poetry, and thoughts, with or without music in an inclusive, relaxed, and supportive space.
Pop in and chat with Abby or Emilie beforehand if you're keen to know more, or just come along on the night and find out.

Mayo is the maestro of smooth, velvety grooves that spread across the dancefloor like a dream. Playing dub reggae, soulful hip-hop, deep funk cuts, sweet soul, classic disco and jazzy house, Mayo spreads the vibes thick, turning any scene into a dancefloor delight.
Sundays - Pub Quiz from 6.30pm

Every Sunday at the taproom you can take part in our Pub Quiz from 6.30pm for the chance to win a £50 bar tab, so be sure to get a table booked in!
We also have Dragon Flame BBQ's legendary roast dinners on from 1pm.
