Dragon Flame BBQ is serving delicious Sunday Roasts as usual from 12:30 onwards. Then we'll have our weekly pub quiz from 6pm.

Wednesday 4th March - Live Music Open Mic Night

Acoustic Open Mic Night is the first WEDNESDAY of every month. Free to attend and perform. Chat with Abby or the team behind the bar for more details on how it works, or pop along next time to find out!

Thursday 5th March - Abby's Last Day

We're saying goodbye to our lovely Taproom Manager, Abby on Thursday, 5th March. If you're a regular and want to wish her farewell on her travels around the world, pop in on Thursday for a beer! You'll also be able to meet the new Taproom Manager Emilie! So do come along and say hellos and goodbyes.
Friday 6th March - Señor Peludo DJ Set
Orbit Beers Taproom
Señor Peludo is a south-London-based genre-hopping DJ and producer who has been filling dancefloors around the world for two decades, with sets at venues including Burning Man and Boomtown Festival. Currently focused on mashing up funk and hip hop, he hosts a monthly show in this style on Brixton Radio. Expect genre-hopping eclectic grooves, plus fusion funk and hip hop galore.
Saturday 7th March - Chris McKnight
Orbit Beers Taproom
Chris McKnight will be bringing classic Soul, Funk, Motown, Reggae, Disco and more, to the Taproom. Starts at 8pm. Bring your dancing shoes!
Friday 13th March - Bring Your Own Vinyl
Orbit Beers Taproom
2nd Friday of every month, our resident DJ will be playing records all night long. Bring your vinyl along, say hello, and get on the decks and play 20 minutes of your favourite tracks for a free pint!

Saturday 14th March - Dragon Flame Birthday BBQ

On Saturday 14th March we're celebrating a year of the @the.dragon.flame at Orbit Taproom. There will be live fire cooking in the yard, bbq specials on the menu, and we'll have the final games of the men's Six Nations throughout the day. Make sure to get here early for special dishes.
We've had a great year with the legendary George and Dio, the smoker has doubled in size, and the food is as incredible as ever. Can't wait for the summer we're going to have.

Thursday 19th March - Spoken Word Night

The third Thursday of every month is Poetry Open Mic Night. Come along to share lyrics, poetry, and thoughts, with or without music in an inclusive, relaxed, and supportive space.
Pop in and chat with Abby or Emilie beforehand if you're keen to know more, or just come along on the night and find out.

Friday 20th March - Orbit and Friends DJs

A monthly night hosted by the Orbit team. They'll be on the decks with some pals every 3rd Friday of the month, playing a selection of their favourite genres whilst drinking the good beers that they make!
Saturday 21st March - Defyne DJ Set
Orbit Beers Taproom
Defyne (Paul Brett) started DJing in Scotland in early 2000s. Later he would appear on FM radio in Edinburgh. A non-stop collector, the beats will be eclectic but centred around House, Electro, and other assorted Electronica.
Friday 27th March - Des Frutas DJ Set
Orbit Beers Taproom
Resident on Loose FM and Brixton Radio, Des Frutas is back, bringing disco, tropical, and house music to the taproom on Friday 27th March.
Saturday 28th March - Unemployable Welsh Scum DJ Set
Orbit Beers Taproom
Unemployable Welsh Scum are twin brother DJ duo Paul "Tidy" and Stewart "Stönk" Summers. The pair have DJ'd together for over two decades, playing vinyl in places as far-flung as Halifax, Nova Scotia, and Krankenhaus Festival in Cumbria. Expect everything from AC/DC to X Ray Spex, Punk rock Chestnuts and Indie Bangers, with some Ska, Reggae, and Motown all thrown into the mix.
Sundays - Pub Quiz from 6pm

Every Sunday at the taproom you can take part in our Pub Quiz from 6pm for the chance to win a £50 bar tab, so be sure to get a table booked in!
We also have Dragon Flame BBQ's legendary roast dinners on from 1pm.
