Whether you're popping into the taproom or out and about around London, here's an update on what we've got going on throughout June.
Throughout June & July - We're Showing the World Cup
We'll have the games on in the back room whenever they're on. Just let us know when you book whether you want to watch a specific match and we'll get you a good seat by the TV.
For the Scotland and England games in particular, we'll be opening until late, and on Tuesdays to show these where we can. We'll also have extra televisions in the front of the taproom if things go well for those teams!

Wednesday 3rd June - Live Music Open Mic

Acoustic Open Mic Night takes place on the first Wednesday of every month. Free to attend and perform.

Friday 5th June - DJ Migz

Dj Migz' Mixed Bag Of Grooves.
Migz has been DJing since 1984, considered to be a multi-musical spinner, presenting three different radio shows a fortnight, each of different genres, mostly on vinyl.
Here at Orbit, he'll be presenting a mixed bag of grooves, spinning a selection of Jazz, Funk, Soul, Boogie, Disco, Electro, Hip Hop, Freestyle and house. It'll all be in the bag, and there'll be something for everyone.
Saturday 6th June - DJ Juan San Lucas

Starting at 7pm, Juan is bringing down a selection of his favourite funk, soul, and house vinyl for your ears. Listen on Soundcloud.
Thursday 11th June - World Cup Starts

We're kicking off the World Cup with Mexico V South Africa at 8pm. Dragon Flame will be cooking World Cup Specials, including Brisket Burger with Peppercorn Sauce!
Friday 12th June - Bring Your Own Vinyl

Every second Friday of the month, our resident DJ will be spinning records all evening long.
Bring your vinyl along, say hello, jump on the decks, and play 20 minutes of your favourite tracks in exchange for a free pint.
Saturday 13th June - DJ Charlie Winstanley

Charlie is joining us again on Saturday 13th June, starting off with some low-key hip hop, some older classics, and onto some house and disco as the night goes on.

The third Thursday of every month is Poetry & Spoken Word Open Mic Night.
Come along to share lyrics, poetry, and thoughts — with or without music — in a relaxed, inclusive, and supportive space.

Friday 19th June - Orbit & Friends DJs

A monthly night hosted by the Orbit team and friends, taking place every third Friday of the month.
Expect a selection of favourite genres, great tunes, and good beers.
We'll also be showing the USA V Australia game at 8pm in the back, and we're open late for the Scotland V Morocco game starting at 11pm!
Saturday 20th June - Senor Peludo DJ Set

Señor Peludo is a south-London-based genre-hopping DJ and producer who has been filling dancefloors around the world for two decades, with sets at venues including Burning Man and Boomtown Festival. Currently focused on mashing up funk and hip hop, he hosts a monthly show in this style on Brixton Radio. Expect genre-hopping eclectic grooves, plus fusion funk and hip hop galore.
Sunday 21st June - Free Pint for Your Dad on Father's Day with a Dragon Flame Roast!

Get a free drink for your Dad on Father's Day! Bring your Da for one of Dragon Flame BBQs' legendary roast dinners on Sunday 21st June, and he'll get a free drink with his roast dinner. It's going to be a busy one, so we advise booking a table.
