Saturday 1st August - Chris McKnight DJ Set

Chris McKnight will be bringing classic Soul, Funk, Motown, Reggae, Disco and more, to the Taproom. Starts at 8pm. Bring your dancing shoes
Wednesday 5th August - Live Music Open Mic
📍 Orbit Beers Taproom
Acoustic Open Mic Night takes place on the first Wednesday of every month. Free to attend and perform.

Friday 7th August - Max Hart DJ Set

Having joined us at a few BYOV nights, Max is hosting his own set on 7th August. Expect some summer chillers, soul, Motown, and old skool hip hop from 8pm.
Saturday 8th August - TYLR DJ Set

TYLR will be back for a house session on Saturday 8th August when the sun goes down.
Friday 14th August - Bring Your Own Vinyl

Every second Friday of the month, our resident DJ will be spinning records all evening long.
Bring your vinyl along, say hello, jump on the decks, and play 20 minutes of your favourite tracks in exchange for a free pint.
Saturday 15th August - All Killer DJ Set/Vinyl Request Line

Thursday 20th August - Spoken Word Night

The third Thursday of every month is Poetry & Spoken Word Open Mic Night.
Come along to share lyrics, poetry, and thoughts — with or without music — in a relaxed, inclusive, and supportive space.

Friday 21st August - Orbit & Friends DJs

A monthly night hosted by the Orbit team and friends, taking place every third Friday of the month.
Expect a selection of our favourite genres, great tunes, and good beers.
Saturday 22nd August - Unemployable Welsh Scum DJ Set
📍 Orbit Beers Taproom
Unemployable Welsh Scum are twin brother DJ duo Paul "Tidy" and Stewart "Stönk" Summers. The pair have DJ'd together for over two decades, playing vinyl in places as far-flung as Halifax, Nova Scotia, and Krankenhaus Festival in Cumbria. Expect everything from AC/DC to X Ray Spex, Punk rock Chestnuts and Indie Bangers, with some Ska, Reggae, and Motown all thrown into the mix.
Friday 28th August - 150 Heads DJ Set

Join 150 Heads on Friday 28th for another night of abstract party sounds.
Drawing inspiration from their previous gatherings, they've crafted a mix that encapsulates the spirit of both past and present events. Hear more on Soundcloud.
Saturday 29th August - DJ Mayo

Mayo is the maestro of smooth, velvety grooves that spread across the dancefloor like a dream. Playing dub reggae, soulful hip-hop, deep funk cuts, sweet soul, classic disco and jazzy house, Mayo spreads the vibes thick, turning any scene into a dancefloor delight.
Sundays — Pub Quiz from 6:30pm

Join us every Sunday for our weekly pub quiz, with the chance to win a £50 bar tab. We've cancelled some due to the World Cup, but otherwise, same time every week.
Dragon Flame BBQ will also be serving their legendary roast dinners from 1pm.
